Personas unidas por un propósito común
Yoga Crowd was born amidst landscapes that invite introspection and presence, from the dunes of the Middle East to the mystical island of Mallorca. It is a space created to support a more conscious way of living, where inner care and human experience take center stage.
Yoga Crowd is community, experience and knowledge, attributes of the Age of Aquarius, integrating ethical sensitivity, individuality, creativity and passion.
At Yoga Crowd we feel that it is not enough to become aware; we must go a step further to empty ourselves of that which limits us and anchors us to avidya (ignorance), one of the causes of suffering on the human plane according to Buddha.
Yoga Crowd’s clear mission is to foster the creation of an individual and collective consciousness that allows us to generate a new reality in connection with our true essence, where the energy of the heart guides the mind.
Sadhana—daily practice—is the act of love that requires the greatest commitment and dedication from us. It may not be easy for everyone; it requires unlearning many self-limiting patterns acquired throughout our lives and making way for new habits that connect us with our higher potential.
Sadh Sangat refers to a community of truth seekers. And that is our mission at Yoga Crowd: we want to support you on your spiritual path, whatever your emotional or physical state, guiding you and teaching you how to adapt, focus, and project yourself in the face of difficult times, transforming frustration, fear, and doubt into confidence, capability, and vision.
The Yoga Crowd community is made up of professionals with deep knowledge and long experience in different yoga lineages and disciplines to help human beings remember their divinity and their intrinsic potential.
At Yoga Crowd, we understand connection in its broadest sense. We want to foster a connection with our essence, our truth, our divinity as the first step to creating our own reality and living life to the fullest. Connecting with others not only allows us to see what we don’t see in ourselves, but also creates the concept of community, trust, family, and all the richness that comes from a united community that shares wisdom and experience and walks in the same direction—a world united in peace.
Our spirit is also nourished by the connection with the rest of divine creation: Nature and the living beings that inhabit it.
At Yoga Crowd, we design retreats and gatherings with awareness and responsibility, where yoga, meditation, and nature take center stage to plant the first seed in your transformative journey, connecting you with your divinity and all those seeking answers to their authentic truth. All of this takes place in environments where silence, abundance, beauty, and the generosity of creation coexist in harmony.
Creativity goes beyond what is aesthetically beautiful. Our most powerful energy is that of creating: from a business, a house, a painting or a new human life. Yoga recognizes the creative power that is intrinsic to us and works with it to show us the path to a life in which we are the protagonists of our own story.
In addition to creating experiences that help us connect with our full potential, at Yoga Crowd we have also designed with great detail and precision a rich catalog of natural and artisanal products that will further enrich and beautify your practice.
In an increasingly mechanized and global world, we have decided to rely on the exquisite and delicate work of small local artisans who use natural materials and traditional techniques to shape our designs. With our products, you are also supporting local businesses that provide jobs for families in precarious situations or at risk of poverty.

Begoña Leal “Bb”
Yoga has taught me to respect and value myself. It has given me the opportunity to know myself in my entirety, with my limitations and my abilities; I have discovered the power of discovering my truth. Being a yogi is a lifelong commitment, and a daily victory with oneself, which gives us and projects us on the path of our dharma.
I am aware of the importance that revealing the essence of my being has always had for me. Searching for the supreme light It has insatiably led me to fall millions of times, to cry, to laugh. I can feel privileged to have enjoyed life to the fullest. Loneliness and heartbreak have strengthened me as a person, and unconditional love for life has made me continue to investigate what true happiness is and where it lies.
With this project, I want to honor my dad, my first teacher and teacher of teachers. During the last months of my life with him, I learned what it means to live, to feel, to love, and to fight for a goal; I understood the power of the heart when there is love.
With special affection and from a privileged place, I return the light to all my childhood teachers who, with patience, accompanied me, motivated me and taught me values that I still maintain within me. They, who marked, influenced and guided me on my path. To each and every one of them, thank you for guiding me and bringing me closer to the light.

about me
I love to travel and be able to communicate in other languages. I speak Spanish, English, French, Italian and a little bit of Arabic.
I have moved house 20 times. I've developed amazing organizational techniques, but if I can avoid any more changes, that would be great.
I love being in community and practicing yoga with partners.
I don't rule out spending some time in a Buddhist monastery at some point in my life.
I have overcome something very important: I accept myself as I am, what I seek, and what I represent in this society. I am in my light and I live my truth.
Living with and being alongside cancer patients has allowed me to feel the pulse of life. I have learned to focus and center my ideas, and above all to reserve my energy on what is honestly essential in my life, together with the people who make me vibrate.
As a child I used to play soccer with my brother, my cousin and my neighbors. I loved wearing the high-top sneakers that my brother Raul lent me.
When I was a child, I listened to my father's Arabic music cassettes, as he was passionate about the Arab culture and history that Córdoba has deep roots in. At home there were history books that he read in silence.
I have lived many years in the Middle East. It has been an unforgettable experience to which I owe the beginning of my transformation. I have immense respect for Arab women for millions of reasons.
When I saw the Pope in 2019, I thought it would be like seeing a different person. I was wrong:
I started to cry, and I felt inside a sensation somewhere between a deep peace and an extreme happiness I had never felt before. I understood that we are energy and we radiate energy, both positive and negative. In yoga we talk about the magnetic field and the aura.
My only dream is to speak with the Dalai Lama privately, as a yogi
faithful to tradition, keeping our Yamas and Niyamas present while being a mother, without
abandoning my responsibilities and commitments in both roles.
My favorite vacation, without a doubt, is hiking in the Swiss Alps with my children and my husband.
My grandmother taught me how to make bread cakes; my mother and aunts, how to make preserves of natural vegetables.
My grandmother taught me how to make bread cakes; my mother and aunts, how to make preserves of natural vegetables. Living in harmony and in community is a guarantee for emotional health.
As a child, during the summer they would send me to sewing and dressmaking classes during my free time, because I was a whirlwind and wouldn't let my mother rest.
My great-grandmother María Ángeles was the woman with the strongest character I have ever known. She was fantastic, sweet, creative, resourceful, and intolerant of injustice; she couldn't stand
lazy people and taught us the importance of striving for excellence without fear.
I was the only one of her eighteen grandchildren she allowed to sleep with her. He pampered me tirelessly.
I learned the concepts of elegance, taste, and style from a very young age from my grandfather.
Lorenzo Cruzado was one of the most elegant men I have ever seen. Elegance and refinement cannot be bought or learned; class is a gift you are born with. He was special.
I admit that I admire a truly elegant man; he inspires me and transports me to another era.
